Reserve
The Bradford Woods Reserve is located in the center of Bradford Woods off of Lincoln Road. Handicap access is off of Bradford Road. The Reserve is an ecologically diverse spot having several habitats located in one small area. Hours of operation for the Bradford Woods Reserve is from dawn to dusk.
Reminders
- Clean up after your pet.
- Take your trash with you and dispose of it appropriately.
- Permits are required for use of the fire pit.
- Kindly do not throw grass clippings or other items onto Reserve property.
Allegheny Land Trust and the Reserve
In August of 2010, the Allegheny Land Trust secured a conservation easement on this 4.5-acre parcel of land in cooperation with the borough of Bradford Woods, located just south of Bradford Road and north of Harding Road. A conservation easement means that the landowner gives up the right to develop the land, guaranteeing that it will forever stay in its natural state. Each year, representatives from the Land Trust visits the reserve to check the condition and give insights for improvements.
