Building/Zoning

The Borough receives and permits building applications. The Borough contracts with Harshman CE Group to review zoning plans, and outsources building plan review and inspections to Professional Code Services for UCC compliance.

Applications can be found below. Contact the Borough with any questions regarding Building Permits/Applications. The burden is on the applicant for complying with Borough Code and UCC compliance.

An emergency repair or replacement of equipment may be made without first applying for a permit if a permit application is submitted to the building code official within 3 business days of the repair or replacement.

Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code

Building Permit Applications must be accompanied by Zoning Permit Applications unless the project is strictly an interior renovation.
